Information From Other Sources

Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, we may receive the following information from your device, connected services, your employer or programme administrator, and service providers acting on your behalf:

• Location access and movement data: precise device location, latitude and longitude, route history, route plans, movement status, and walking or movement maps when you enable location access. Location may be collected while the app is in use or in the background where you have granted that permission.
• Step counter, health, and fitness data: step counter readings, steps, activity and motion data, sleep data, wellness metrics, and related data synced from Apple Health or Android Health Connect. We may read or write supported wellness data when you authorize the connection.
• Account and programme data: user or consumer identifiers, company, department, programme or challenge participation, team membership, points, rewards, streaks, check-ins, leaderboard activity, and programme progress provided by you or your organisation.
• Profile and wellness details: profile photo, location or city, wellness goals, sleep information, health concerns, symptoms, lifestyle information, dietary preferences, allergies, medical history, and consultation details that you choose to provide.
• User-submitted content: photos, videos, stories, challenge proof, messages, comments, feedback, support requests, and attachments submitted through the app.
• Device and notification data: device model, operating system, app version, device identifiers, time zone, push-notification token, notification preferences, crash details, and app interaction or diagnostic data.
• Order and service data: shipping or delivery address, order details, and payment or transaction status received from payment processors or other service providers. We do not store complete payment-card details.

We collect or receive this information only when it is needed for the relevant feature, when you provide it, or when you grant permission to a connected service. You can manage device permissions through your device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Location Data

When you start an active Thrive walking, jogging, running, or cycling session, Nutrithy collects precise device location data, including latitude, longitude, timestamps, altitude, speed, and route points. Location may be collected while the app is open, minimized, or in the background so that an active route is not interrupted. Tracking stops when you pause or finish the session.

We use location data to display your live route, calculate distance, pace, movement time, and wellness progress. Route data is synchronized with Nutrithy servers and may be sent to Mapbox to match routes and provide map or route services. We do not sell location data or use it for advertising.
