3.1 Google Fit Integration

• Nutrithy Wellness integrates with Google Fit to collect and analyze your health and fitness data
• By connecting your Google Fit account, you authorize us to access data including but not limited to:

• Steps and physical activity
• Heart rate and sleep patterns
• Calories burned and nutrition data
• Weight and body measurements
• Workout sessions and exercise data
• Other health metrics you choose to track

3.2 Data Usage

• We use your health data to provide personalized nutrition recommendations and wellness coaching
• Your health data helps us track your progress and adjust your programs accordingly
• We may analyze aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services
• We will never sell your personal health data to third parties

3.3 Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your health data
• Your health data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We comply with applicable health data protection regulations including HIPAA where applicable

3.4 Data Accuracy

• We rely on the accuracy of data provided by Google Fit and your wearable devices
• You acknowledge that health data may not always be 100% accurate
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in data collected by third-party devices or apps

3.5 Disconnecting Google Fit

• You may disconnect your Google Fit account at any time through your account settings
• Disconnecting will stop new data collection but will not delete previously collected data
• You may request deletion of your health data by contacting us

3.6 Third-Party Terms

• Your use of Google Fit is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• We are not responsible for Google Fit's data practices or service availability
• You are responsible for managing permissions granted to Google Fit

5.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5.2 Account Security

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent

6.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time
• Price changes will not affect orders already placed

6.2 Payment Methods

• We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or payment processing fees

6.3 Subscription Services

• Some services may be offered on a subscription basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date

6.1 Service Refunds

• Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session has been conducted
• For program cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund may be issued
• After program commencement, refunds will be prorated based on unused services

6.2 Product Refunds

• Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition
• Perishable items, supplements, and personalized products are non-refundable once opened
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part

6.3 Digital Content

• Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable after access has been granted

7.1 Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled through our booking system
• You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email
• Please arrive on time for virtual or in-person appointments

7.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions with full charges applied

8.1 Our Content

• All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, meal plans, recipes, and software, is the property of Nutrithy Wellness or its licensors
• Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission

8.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (testimonials, reviews, photos)
• By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes
• You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit

11.1 Consent to Communications

• By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us
• This includes appointment reminders, service updates, promotional materials, and newsletters
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time

11.2 Communication Channels

• We may communicate via email, SMS, phone, or in-app notifications
• Important account and service notifications cannot be opted out of

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered

• We may terminate accounts for any reason with or without notice
